AL Khair began in 1997 on the rooftop of the Founder, Sheikh Hashim’s own house — not as a business plan, but as a response to a problem he saw clearly: Miswak, the traditional oral care stick and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) used for generations, simply wasn’t available fresh to people living in the West where the tree doesn’t grow. What started as one man supplying fresh miswak to those who couldn’t easily find it became the foundation of a much larger idea – that natural, traditional products deserved to reach people wherever they were, without compromise on authenticity.
From those humble beginnings, that vision expanded. The company placed the healing value of herbs at the center of everything it did, complemented by thoughtfully sourced ingredients and disciplined craftsmanship. What started with a basic setup and a single product has grown, by the Grace of Almighty and through continuous effort, into one of Pakistan’s most established herbal product manufacturers and exporters.
